SUMMARY: 2020 was a year of stagnant growth and survival. In 2021 we hope to introduce a
new strategic plan developed through a S.W.O.T Analysis that will promise to move our Club forward
on new platforms of Social Media, E-mail Marketing and Website Design. This overdue technology will
allow us to bring our members relevant and reliable information in a timelier manner.

Our new Website: www.Republicanclubofswfl.com is live but still under construction. The website will
become our hub of continuous and relevant information. Utilizing Constant Contact our database of both members and potential members continues to increase. We have scrubbed Our database has been scrubbed and our membership information is up to date.
